Upon cancellation, customers will retain full access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation confirmation is sent. All cancellation requests generate a confirmation email, which should be retained for your records.
Account data associated with a canceled subscription may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and auditing purposes. Customers may also request permanent deletion of their data, which will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Reactivation of canceled accounts is available at any time by selecting a new subscription plan.
